As a scholarship athlete for the women’s volleyball team at the University of Kansas, Beth earned distinction as an Academic All-American. After completing her bachelor’s degree, Beth went to work for large corporations like Procter & Gamble, Clorox and McKesson, moving quickly through the management ranks. 

Beth has been a financial planner since 1998; she is the author of two books, An Employee’s Guide to Stock Options (McGraw-Hill, 2003) and How To Give Your Child A 4 Year College Education Without Going Broke (College Funding Coaches, 2005).
